Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the state
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric OT/ COTA services to children birth to 21
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including PT, SLP, ABA for integrated plans
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and home exercise guidance
