You will join a dedicated pediatric team delivering care across OT, physical therapy, speech therapy, and ABA, while promoting family involvement and home exercise plans. The role emphasizes autonomy, mentorship, and growth within a community of compassionate clinicians.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the state (Indiana).
• Commitment to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric OT services for patients birth to 21 years old.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and mentorship opportunities.
• Encourage parental involvement and teach home exercise programs.
