Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team in Virginia. You will provide individualized, one‑to‑one therapy to children from birth to age 21, integrating collaboration with multiple disciplines and coaching families to apply skills at home.

You will work in a supportive, mentorship‑oriented environment with access to modern resources, while maintaining autonomy in patient care and growth within this pediatric specialty.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accreditedSpeech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy with individualized plans of care for children from birth to 21.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to implement home exercises and carryover strategies
