Job summary

The Occupational Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing occupational therapy services for in-patients and outpatients referred for Occupational Therapy. Qualifications

• State of Washington Occupational Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of experience in occupational therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans for inpatient and outpatient therapy.
• Implement occupational therapy interventions and adjust plans as needed.
• Document care in the medical record in a timely, accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and health professionals.
• Coordinate care to support patient progress and safety.
