Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide outpatient pediatric care to children aged 1–21 in a nonprofit hospital setting. The role emphasizes family partnership to help children reach their full potential and address diagnoses across sensory, fine motor, ADL/IADL, and reflex integration domains.

Qualifications

• Master or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• OT Pediatric experience preferred.
• Servant leader mindset.

• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Collaborative, team-building personality style.
• H-1 B visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy to children ages 1–21.
• Partner with families to support development and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs and SLPs in a nonprofit hospital setting.
