Constellation Kids in Norwalk, CT is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist to join our team. You will collaborate with school teams and other therapists to provide OT services to children, including small group and individual sessions, evaluations, and IEP-related reporting.

Must hold a Connecticut OT license; pediatric and school-based experience preferred. You will contribute to documentation, attend IEP meetings, and help children reach their goals in a supportive, family-centered
