Cranial Technologies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Clinician to join our Fresno, CA team. You will work in a pediatric outpatient setting, treating infants with the DOC Band and EarWell devices, specializing in plagiocephaly and ear shaping.

The role emphasizes family-centered care and a mentoring program for clinicians in a child-friendly clinic. Qualifications include a Licensed OT and at least 500 hours of orthotic fitting experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in good standing.
• Minimum 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices (e.g. splints, braces).
• Background in pediatrics preferred, but a formal training program with mentoring is available.

Responsibilities

• Treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for plagiocephaly and related conditions.
• Provide direct patient care with minimal paperwork and build strong relationships with families.
