Job summary

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - FLOAT at Ivy Rehab for Kids in Virginia Beach, VA. You will support multiple clinics across six locations, delivering child-focused OT services from birth to young adults while promoting family involvement.

You’ll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, maintain autonomy, and advance your skills through mentorship, residency-like programs, and growth opportunities in a dynamic pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Virginia.
• Prior float, multi-site, or coverage-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric OT services across multiple clinics in the Virginia Beach area.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Support family involvement and carryover exercises into daily routines.
