Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois.
• Eligible to apply with degree from an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients referred for occupational therapy services using established evaluation procedures and standardized assessments.
• Develop treatment goals, plans, and objectives based on initial evaluation and program requirements, updating plans per policy.
• Coach family members and/or clients to incorporate new skills into home routines.
• Instruct family members and students on proper and safe use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
