Ivy Rehab Network is seeking an outpatient pediatric Occupational Therapist in Saint Louis Park, MN. You will work with children from birth to age twenty-one, providing one-to-one plans of care and mentoring within a collaborative team that includes PT, OT, SLP, and ABA services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the respective state.
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy to birth to age 21.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT, OT, SLP, and ABA services.
• Engage parents and caregivers to carry over home exercise programs.
• Deliver individualized plans of care for each child.

Education
