Job summary

THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy to children in Texarkana and the East Texas region. You will evaluate, plan, and deliver OT services in coordination with families and physicians.

Applicants must hold an active Texas OT license and bring flexibility, reliability, and comfort with remote/home-based care. We offer PTO, insurance options, mileage reimbursement, a company laptop, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• A current/active license to practice Occupational Therapy in Texas.
• Ability to work in a home-based care setting.
• Flexible to shift resources as needed for patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Occupational Therapy evaluations using standardized tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans per physicians’ orders.
• Create home exercise programs with patients’ caregivers.
• Coordinate care within patients’ medical neighborhoods and teams.
• Meet weekly minimum patient visit requirements and complete chart updates.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies and applicable laws.
