Job summary

Thrive By 5 in New York State is seeking strong 1:1 COTA's to provide early intervention and preschool services in Orange, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties. Part-time or full-time positions offer collaborative, family-centered care in children’s natural environments.

You will work with developmentally delayed children and their families using embedded coaching, review IFSP goals, and partner with Speech, PT, and ABA providers; strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• NYS Licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to collaborate with the clinical team and other service providers on caseload.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with developmentally delayed children and families using embedded coaching.
• Provide home and community-based OT services, reviewing IFSP goals.
• Collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA providers to support IFSP goals.
• Complete session notes and progress reports per early intervention program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
