• Assist Occupational Therapists & OT Assistants directly in therapy sessions.
• Help children and youth with therapy tasks and play-based interventions.
• Encourage and support children through their therapeutic journeys.
• Observe patient progress and communicate with therapists.
• Set up and break down therapy sessions and keep spaces organized.
• Welcome families and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and manage cancellations.
• Answer calls and help parents with questions.
