Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for occupational therapy.
• State OT license (or eligibility).
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Understand state OT Practice Act and supervision requirements.
• Develop objective patient goals and establish therapy plan with referring physician.
• Supervise and delegate OT care within state/federal guidelines.
• Provide individualized treatment programs and complete documentation.
