Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting a nationally recognized orthopedic program at a Level I Trauma Center in the heart of the Upper Midwest to recruit a BE/BC pediatric orthopedic surgeon for a large, established group in Duluth, Minnesota.

Join four experienced pediatric surgeons and two APPs, enjoy a 1:9 call rotation (~30 nights/year), work in a new, state‑of‑the‑art hospital, and receive a first-year compensation of $720K+ plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BE/BC orthopedic surgeon required.
• Fellowship training in pediatric orthopedics essential.

Responsibilities

• Join a large, established orthopedic group (14 surgeons, 12 APPs) with subspecialties.
• Support from 4 pediatric orthopedic surgeons and 2 APPs.
• 1:9 call at Level I Trauma Center (~30 nights/year) with APP + surgical assistant support.
