The role includes teaching fellows and residents, pursuing clinical research, and advancing education, quality improvement, and outcomes-based care in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board certified or board eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Pediatric Orthopedics residency and fellowship training completed or in progress.
• Experience or interest in pediatric hand/upper-extremity conditions.
• Eligible for Florida medical license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric orthopedic care focused on hand and upper-extremity conditions.
• Help develop the pediatric hand and upper-extremity program in Jacksonville and North Florida.
• Collaborate with orthopedics, rehabilitation, therapy, plastics, and sports medicine teams.
• Contribute to education, quality improvement, clinical innovation, and outcomes-based care.
• Train pediatric orthopedic fellows, residents, and medical students.
• Pursue clinical research, program development, and academic advancement.
