In this full-time role, you’ll handle customer service or sales tasks, help move patients through treatment, and communicate clearly with families.

Qualifications

• Customer Service or sales experience required; orthodontic experience is a plus, will train the right person.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish and English is a HUGE plus!

Responsibilities

• Support orthodontic offices across the US from the Norcross, GA location.
• Coordinate patient visits, maintain schedules and ensure a friendly experience for families.
• Utilize virtual technology to move patients forward with treatment needs.
