American Traveler, LLC. is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a Pediatric Operating Room position in California. The role requires a CA RN license, BSN, and prior pediatric OR experience in a teaching hospital setting, with Epic charting responsibilities.

Shifts are 10 hours, with start times at 0645 or 0845, Monday to Friday and occasional weekends. Travel and local candidates are considered within a 75+ mile radius; benefits include insurance, 401(k), housing allowance, and licensure/travel

Competenze

Active CA RN license required.
BSN required.
Current certifications: BLS and PALS (CNOR preferred).
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required.
Prior Peds General OR experience required.
Teaching hospital experience required.
Trauma Level I experience required (Trauma Level II preferred).
Epic charting experience required.
2 professional references from most recent employer required for consideration.

Mansioni

Pediatric Operating Room unit within a children's hospital setting.
10-hour day shifts with variable start times (0645 or 0845), rotated weekly based on department need.
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekends required.
Ability to float to other UCSF facilities as needed, within a 75+ mile radius.
Uses Epic charting system.
Provide perioperative nursing care within a pediatric surgical setting.
Any prior employment with University of California medical facilities or their acquired facilities must be disclosed, including dates worked, units, and manager names for rehire eligibility review.
All requested time off must be disclosed at time of consideration and approved by the manager prior to offer; no additional RTO requests accepted mid-contract, and none permitted within the first two weeks of the assignment.
Travel pairs are allowed but generally will not be placed on the same unit; married couples may not work on the same unit.
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate as travel candidates.
