Qualifications

• Requires BSN or MN and RN licensure.
• OH RN license or Multi-State Compact license required upon hire.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required per unit.
• Experience in pediatric OR preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform nursing duties in perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process for pediatric OR patients.
• Perform scrub and circulating duties as part of the perioperative team.
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration to optimize patient care.
• Provide orientation support and contribute to professional practice development.
• Maintain PHI securely and comply with UH policies and procedures.
