Job summary

Thehealthmarketing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics and OR (Peds) for a pediatric acute care hospital. In this PRN role, you will provide nursing care within the operating room, performing patient assessments, interventions, and assisting physicians to ensure patient safety during surgery.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years OR (Peds) RN experience, an Ohio RN license, and a BSN degree or in progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OR (Peds) RN experience.
• Ohio RN license.
• BSN degree or in progress.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and preferably PALS.
• CNOR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room for pediatric cases.
• Perform patient assessments and interventions and assist physicians.
• Maintain continuity of care between the patient care unit and OR.
• Support surgical procedures and ensure patient safety.
• Adhere to safety protocols.
