Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Pediatric OR RN to provide specialized nursing care in a pediatric acute care setting.

The role involves assessing pediatric patients during surgery, supporting the surgical team, and ensuring smooth communication between OR and patient care units. Requirements include a minimum of 2 years OR pediatrics, an Ohio RN license, a BSN or ongoing education, and current BLS/ACLS certifications with AHA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of OR experience in pediatrics.
• Ohio RN license required.
• BSN degree or ongoing education applicable to pediatric OR nursing.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• American Heart Association certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess pediatric patients during surgery.
• Perform interventions to ensure patient safety.
• Assist physicians with care plans.
• Maintain continuity between the OR and patient care units.
• Provide safe, effective care during pediatric surgeries and support the surgical team.
