Job summary

CARIN Alliance seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatrics for the Operating Room (OR) of a pediatric acute care hospital. The RN will provide nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery, perform assessments, and implement interventions to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years OR experience in pediatrics, Ohio RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. Preferred are PALS and CNOR.

Qualifications

• 2 years OR experience in pediatrics required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• State RN license (Ohio) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients during surgery.
• Conduct perioperative assessments and respond to changes in patient status.
• Collaborate with physicians to implement the plan of care and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain continuity of care between the patient care unit and the OR.
• Pass background and onboarding requirements.
