Children's of Alabama is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Operating Room team on the Main Campus. The role covers assessment, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of patient care during day shift, with call.

Requires a BSN within three years, Alabama RN license, BLS certification, and 2+ years of nursing experience, including pediatric/OR exposure; Associate's RN may be grandfathered. Team-based environment in a Level 1 Trauma center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required within three years of starting the role.
• Associate's degree RN may be grandfathered in.
• Current RN License in Alabama.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and evaluates work performance in accordance with standards.
• Coordinate clinical operations.
• Work in the operating room as part of a team providing surgical care.
