Job summary

Grene Vision Group in Wichita, Kansas seeks a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Pediatric Ophthalmologist to join a growing ophthalmology team with immediate patient volume and a strong regional referral network.

The position offers a guaranteed base salary for two years with production incentives, a commencement bonus, relocation support, and a full benefits package including 20 days PTO and CME allowance. Excellent long-term growth opportunities exist within an established practice.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology.
• Specialization in pediatric ophthalmology required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in pediatric medical and surgical care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and surgical pediatric ophthalmology care.
• Manage and treat pediatric conditions such as strabismus and amblyopia.
• Collaborate with optometry and ophthalmology teams for comprehensive care.
• Mentor and participate in physician leadership and referral development.
