Qualifications
- Completion of accredited pediatric ophthalmology fellowship.
- Completion of ACGME-accredited ophthalmology residency.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited school.
- Board certified or board eligible with ABO credentials.
- Texas medical license or eligibility prior to start date.
- DEA registration and NPI number or eligibility.
