Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational oversight for pediatric oncology research projects.
• Screen, recruit, and enroll participants; manage data collection and entry in REDCap.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and IRB follow-up; coordinate with investigators and stakeholders.
• Develop procedures, monitor timelines, and prepare reports for investigators.
• Support budget management and grant-related activities; maintain study records.
• Communicate clearly with families, staff, and external partners; train team members.
