Job summary

Mirabelle Care is looking for an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Oklahoma to carry out directed OT activities, collect data, and document sessions under supervision. You will support functional skills and maintain licensure while ensuring patient safety and care quality.

The OTA will work within the Oklahoma scope of practice, perform notes in the EMR, and participate in supervision, with a focus on pediatric populations as a preferred experience area.

Qualifications

• Requires active Oklahoma OTA license.
• ACOTE-accredited OTA program graduation.
• Must pass background checks and OIG/SAM.gov screens.

Responsibilities

• Implement OT treatment activities as directed by the supervising OT.
• Collect session performance data and record in EMR.
• Participate in supervision and apply feedback.
• Complete date-of-service documentation in Rethink EMR.
