Job summary

Little Therapies in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for an outpatient setting. This role supports children through hands-on therapy and collaboration with OTs, SLPs, and care teams.

Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling is available. The COTA will implement OT plans, assist with fine motor and sensory goals, and educate families while maintaining clear EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited OTA program or expected graduation.

What You’ll Do:

Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).

Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system.

Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation).
Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates).
