Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient clinics in Richmond, VA. You will work with children from birth to age 21, delivering individualized, one-to-one occupational therapy plans and collaborating with PT, SLP, ABA teams to support overall development.

As part of our multidisciplinary group, you’ll benefit from mentorship, flexible scheduling, and access to tools like ScribeIQ to reduce documentation time, enabling more time with patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist within the respective state.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient goals.
