Job summary

Children's Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and clinic settings for pediatric patients. You will evaluate, treat, and document patient progress while coordinating with families and healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, Wisconsin OT licensure, and pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent in Occupational therapy required.
• 1+ years clinical experience in pediatric OT preferred or relevant education.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification required.
• NBCOT certification required.
• State of Wisconsin OT license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and treatment.
• Maintains clinical records, plans of care, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participates in weekend/holiday on-call coverage rotation (Inpatient units).
• Counsels and trains parents to implement home exercise goals.
• Collaborates with care teams for discharge planning and program development.
