Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy seeks an Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Illinois team, delivering pediatric OT services focused on fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation. You will assess clients, plan effective interventions, and collaborate with families to implement treatment strategies.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
• OT licensure or eligible to practice in Illinois; NBCOT certification.
• Strong collaboration and communication with families and multispecialty team.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients for adaptations and use of special equipment when necessary.
• Identify and implement therapeutic interventions to develop fine motor, cognition, language, self-care, and regulation skills.
• Provide support and guidance to families to reinforce treatment goals at home and in daily routines.
