Metro Therapy, Inc., a Powerback Pediatrics company, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide school-based services to children across Long Island and New York City. You will perform evaluations, implement therapy plans, and monitor progress in alignment with IEP goals.

You will also document progress and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child’s objectives.

Formación

• Must have ACOTE-accredited OT degree and national certification.
• Must hold an active OT license in the state of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Occupational Therapy services to children in the school setting.
• Perform evaluations and track child progress.
• Deliver OT services as mandated in the IEP.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals to support goals.
• Complete documentation and progress notes.

Educación

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Valid and unencumbered OT license as required in state
