Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate therapy needs and participate in treatment planning.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff on service plans.
• Complete all patient-care paperwork and logs with supervisor signatures.
• Prepare evaluation findings and written goals for IEPs and refs.
• Identify needs for specialized materials and adaptive equipment.
• Transport between sites to provide educational OT.
• Engage in staff training and continuing education.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
