Primary Therapy Source is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team serving children, adolescents and adults across Southern Idaho in our two clinic locations.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Occupational Therapy, Idaho OT license, and a valid driver’s license. You will document progress, follow treatment plans, interact with patients, and adapt materials to meet individual needs. New graduates are welcome.

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Idaho OT license required.
• Background check required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct treatment.
• Follows and implements documented treatment plans.
• Documents progress toward meeting objectives and reports to the therapist.
• Adapts instructional materials to patient needs and abilities.
• Interacts and communicates effectively with children and adults.
• Works independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains flexibility and sensitivity to changing situations.
