More Than Speech in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-owned clinic. You will work with children and families, bring creativity to treatment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, and daily living needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license and OTR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and re-evaluations.

• Provide feeding therapy based on training and experience.
• Provide practical caregiver education and home strategies.
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other occupational therapists.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

More Than Speech | Winter Park, FL | Full-Time | $39-$42/hour

More Than Speech is growing! We are looking for a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our therapist-owned speech and occupational therapy clinic in Winter Park.

We are looking for an OT who enjoys working with children and families, brings creativity to treatment, and values collaboration with other therapists. Our team provides individualized, family-centered care for children with developmental, sensory, motor, feeding, self-care, and functional needs.

Our administrative team handles the behind-the-scenes work so you can stay focused on providing great care.

Compensation & Schedule Model

This is a full-time, hourly W-2 position paying $39-$42/hour, based on experience and relevant certifications.

Our schedule model is designed to compensate you for the work that happens both in and outside of treatment:

75% billable clinical time + 25% paid administrative time

Paid administrative time includes documentation, evaluation reports, caregiver communication, and team collaboration.
