Eyas Landing in Chicago, IL is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our multidisciplinary team and deliver evidence-based, play-focused therapy to children across clinic, school, and home settings.

You will work with children with ASD, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists and social workers to support holistic development.

Qualifications

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy to children and families in clinic, schools, and homes.
• Experience or familiarity with DIR/Floortime approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and speech therapists.
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You'll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence through:

• Providing individualized therapy
• Implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime,
• Collaborating daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: $72,000-$85,000
