Job summary

Manchester Pediatric Medical Day Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to support pediatric participants through high-quality, individualized therapy services.

This position involves delivering OT per standards, evaluating children, developing treatment plans, and coordinating with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Documentation uses the NetHealth EMR system in compliance with CMS guidelines; ongoing licensure and continuing education are required.

Qualifications

• Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience required.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Commitment to ongoing continuing education and professional development.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, company policies, and therapy department procedures.
• Evaluate pediatric participants to gather data necessary for treatment planning and implementation.
• Conduct regular and timely screenings to determine the need for therapy intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term goals.
• Perform specialized evaluations as clinically indicated.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate evaluation results, treatment plans, and recommendations to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with CMS requirements using the NetHealth EMR system
• Adhere to productivity standards, documentation guidelines, and billing procedures.
• Maintain current licensure through ongoing continuing education and professional development.
