Job summary

A non-profit organization dedicated to helping children is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide essential services to children aged 2-3 with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will create and implement individualized treatment plans, supervise paraprofessional staff, and work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy, hold a valid NYS occupational therapist license, and have experience working with children. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Prior mentoring or guiding experience with paraprofessional staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized occupational therapy to children aged 2–3.
• Review physician referrals and document treatment goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for integrated programming.
• Mentor and support paraprofessional staff in therapeutic activities.
