Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Current BLS certification required.
• PA or NJ OT license for work location.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Administer therapy at multiple locations for in/out patients.
• Supervise daily COTA and student fieldwork.
• Document patient information timely and accurately.
• Represent OT in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Promote safety and participate in in-services.
• Provide program development support and backups during vacations.
