Qualifications

• Must be bilingual.
• Graduate of an AOTA accredited school.
• State therapy license or eligible in Texas.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Willing to perform visits in afternoons and evenings.

Occupational Therapist (OT) | Home Health | Pediatrics We have an immediate need for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who is seeking a position in Houston, TX with an established agency. The successful candidate will provide OT services to pediatric patients in a Home Health setting. The position starts as PRN with the expectation to build a full case load within 3 to 6 months. Job Description As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will responsible for the evaluation, development and implementation of effective patient treatment plans to restore, compensate or adapt for loss of patient function and planning and administering medically prescribed therapy treatments in accordance with federal, state and professional standards governing the facility and their discipline.

Specific Duties:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in the North and East areas of Houston, TX
• Services include occupational therapy evaluations, re-evaluations and treatments based on plan of care.
• Build patient case load into full-time equivalent within 3 to 6 months

Job Requirements

• Graduate of AOTA accredited school
• State therapy license or eligible in Texas
• Current BLS or CPR Certification
• Must be bilingual
• Must be willing to perform visits in afternoons and evening

Compensation

• $60 per treatment
• $75 per evaluation/re-evaluation
