NorthTexas Therapy & Home Care is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to provide skilled OT services in patients' homes or daytime facilities. You will assess impairments, interpret data, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to set and reach goals.

The role requires Texas licensure, pediatrics experience, and Practicum hours completion. Home health experience is preferred, and bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Current Texas state license.
• Experience in pediatrics required.
• Clinical/Practicum hours completed.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in the home or daytime facility for patients 0–21 years old, 2+ times per week, per physician orders.
• Define degree and type of impairment using testing instruments.
• Interpret diagnostic data and prepare written reports.
• Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to plan goals and advise on OT modalities.
• Plan and modify care to meet OT intervention goals.
• Educate staff, caregivers, and patients through training materials and in-service programs.
• May supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants.
