The OT will evaluate and treat young children, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with families and the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• OT field knowledge and clinical skills required.
• Ability to perform child evaluations and write clear reports.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children birth to three with developmental delays or conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and recommendations.
• Administer standardized assessments within professional scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress notes.
• Collaborate with families, COTAs, and multidisciplinary teams.
