Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure.
• NBCOT certification.
• CPR/Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Document initial assessments, follow-up visits, and discharge summaries.
• Communicate patient status to the referring physician and health care team.
• Complete charge and statistical information for services rendered.
• Schedule patients to meet productivity standards while ensuring quality patient care.
• Provide verbal and/or written home instructions to patients and/or family members.
