Job summary

6 Degrees Search is partnering with a therapist-owned practice in Warsaw, NY, seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a growing pediatric team serving birth to preschoolers. You will provide therapy in homes, daycares, schools, and clinics, with flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and strong family collaboration to support children in daily activities.

Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Occupational Therapist license.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to children from birth through preschool age.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other providers.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.
• Help children build the skills they need to thrive in everyday activities.
