Job summary

Play n’ Grow Therapy in Illinois is seeking a licensed pediatric occupational therapist to join a small, relationship-based practice. We offer trust, support, and the freedom to grow with us as we expand, including leadership roles and program development.

You’ll deliver play-based therapy in our clinic with occasional teletherapy and home or community sessions; travel is reimbursed. We value flexible scheduling and collaborative care with families.

Qualifications

• Illinois license in OT required.
• Pediatric experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule and commitment to growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide play-based occupational therapy services in clinic.
• Occasionally provide teletherapy when appropriate.
• Provide home or community-based sessions with mileage/time reimbursement.
• Complete evaluations, reports, and individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers throughout therapy.
• Document daily progress and plans of care; assist in co-treatments.
