Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, and feeding needs.
• Develop individualized plans of care with functional, measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based, child-centered OT.
• Educate caregivers and develop home programs for between sessions.
• Collaborate with families and other care team members and maintain EMR documentation.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with families and team members.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and problem-solving.
• Follow clinic policies and safety regulations.
