We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bronx, NY. You will work with children and young adults with developmental disabilities in the comfort of their own homes, delivering patient-centered care and maintaining strong independent work practices in the community.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients in their homes, engaging families, and documenting sessions.

Competenze

• Active NYS License and Registration
• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
• Ability to treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor

Mansioni

• Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing creative and individualized treatment sessions
• Engage family and caregivers as needed, providing education/HEP/DME recommendations
• Maintain frequent communication with your supervisor and patient representative
• Document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner
• Treat patients in the home, independently, without an onsite supervisor
