Job summary

Achieve Beyond in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric team. You will provide therapy and evaluations for children from birth to 21 years in homes, clinics, and community settings, helping families reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Must be NYS licensed Occupational Therapist.
• 1-2 years of experience with children birth to 21 preferred.
• Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children birth-21 in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to promote carry-over.
• Work across homes, daycare centers, preschools, clinics and community settings.
• Follow therapy plans, set ongoing treatment and track progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential records as per HIPAA.
• Travel to assigned cases as needed.
