Stones Worth Stepping, P.C. in Omaha, NE, seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist for an on-site role serving pediatric clients. You will evaluate children, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy focused on functional skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and motor development.

You will collaborate with other therapy disciplines, communicate with caregivers, and maintain compliant documentation, contributing to a positive, family-centered clinic culture.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of medicine and rehabilitation principles relevant to pediatric outpatient care.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and engaging with children and caregivers.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including working with children with diverse developmental, sensory, and motor needs.
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist and graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Ability to complete clear, accurate clinical documentation and manage caseload responsibilities in an organized manner.
• Commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed, and family-centered care; prior pediatric outpatient or clinic experience is preferred but not required.
• CPR certification and familiarity with evidence-based pediatric therapy practices are beneficial.
