Job Juncture in Tumwater, WA seeks a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide individualized therapy in an upscale outpatient setting serving children from birth to 21 years, with occasional adults. You will work in a boutique clinic featuring a full sensory gym, collaborative OT and SLP team, and a strong emphasis on quality care and clinician well-being.

The schedule is flexible: four 10-hour days or five 8-hour days, 40 hours weekly, with documentation time protected and ongoing

Responsibilities

• Assist with clinic expansion and patient-centered care.

About the Position

You'll provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy in a beautiful, upscale outpatient setting serving children from birth through age 21, with occasional adult patients.

Common treatment areas include:

ADHD/ADD

Sensory processing challenges

Fine motor and developmental delays

Visual-motor and vision-related concerns

You'll have access to a full sensory gym and opportunities to collaborate with an established OT and SLPs, including interdisciplinary co-treatment. The clinic is also preparing for an exciting expansion into a larger neighboring space!
